We specialise in offering a wide selection of drinks, from craft beers to wines and refreshing non-alcoholic options. What are the dimensions of the Bubble Box?

How much are your drinks normally?

Very much product dependent. Usually beer, lager and cider are between £4.50-£5.50, wine around £4/5 per glass, £18 to £20 per bottle, spirits £4 to £5 per glass, Pimms £5 per glass, jugs available on request at £25.

What is the minimum spend?

This will be discussed with you on booking prior to your event.

What does the booking fee cover?

Your booking fee secures: Your 2 date, duration of event, full bar hire, minimum of two staff disposable glassware.

How much does it cost to hire the Bubble Box?

Our standard hire cost is £250 per day. This secures your booking with Bath Bubble Box.

What facilities does the Bubble Box need to operate?

We have our own generator if we are unable to connect to an electricity supply on the day.

What time do you serve until?

We’re not ones to stop a good party! However, we have to be guided by local licensing and venue restrictions. We will discuss this in advance with you.

Do you serve soft drinks?

Yes, we can source soft drinks should they be required

How far can you travel?

We cover a 40-50 mile radius from Bath, Somerset.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance.

Does the Bubble Box Bar need to be outside?

Not at all, providing we can access the building we can go wherever you need us to. We will speak with the venue beforehand to arrange access.

Do you have non-dairy milk alternatives?

No, we do not serve hot drinks.

Can you provide tea and coffee?

No.

What are the drinks served in?

We serve all of our drinks in plastic cups unless glassware is permitted at the venue. If glassware is permitted an additional cost will be incurred if we provide/source glass.

Do you obtain the required license?

Yes. If a temporary events notice (TEN) is required, we will apply for this on your behalf. The cost of this will be discussed with you when you make your booking. Different councils require different notices, so we would need confirmation at the time of booking.

When do you need access to our venue?

If we have not been to the venue before, then ideally we would like to visit it beforehand. However, if that is not possible, we will talk to the venue in advance.

What uniform do your staff wear?

Our staff wear black polo shirts (with small branding) and either black or dark trousers.

Will we need to provide our own staff?

No, we provide you with at least two fully trained members of staff for each event. If you require extra staff there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of this.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we accept all cards and do not charge any transaction fees.
